Rossi Paint Stores strives to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. If your purchase is defective, we offer a refund or exchange within 60 days of the purchase date, provided that the item is returned in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories and manuals included.
TINTED PAINT IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
Other Exceptions:
Final Sale Items: Certain items such as clearance, discontinued, or promotional items are sold as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Customized/Special Order Items: Items that have been customized or altered to your specifications are not eligible for return or exchange. This also applies to Special Order Items.
Retail Stock Wall Coverings: These items are returnable or exchangeable at the sole discretion of Rossi Paint Stores and are subject to a 25% restocking fee and any applicable shipping fee.
Refund Process:
If you have an account with Rossi Paint and do not have your receipt, we will assist you in locating it in our file. If you do not have an account on file with Rossi Paint, please provide your original receipt or proof of purchase. If you are unable to provide a receipt, we may offer an exchange or store credit solely at our discretion.
REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IN THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT
Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping any item back to us.
